You just did things—played hard, worked hard, and somehow, it paid off.
But now?
Your career, your family, your future—it’s all riding on your decisions.
Now, everything feels heavier.
Today- It feels like all you do is work, but have nothing to show for it.
So, What Do You Do?
You hesitate.
You overthink.
You second-guess yourself.
And worst of all?
You get trapped in distractions that only make you feel better in the moment.

Like video games on a Friday night?
They’re just not hitting the same anymore- I’ll be honest, It’s just not as fun…
Long Story Short?

I used to spend entire weekends immersed in Madden 24, (MUT- a mode in Madden, where I’d even invest real money in players), CFB 25, binge-watching Harry Potter or getting lost in Studio Ghibli films.
Don’t get me wrong, those things were fun.
But by Monday, I’d wake up and still feel the weight of everything.
Knowing I could do more, it just got ANNOYING.
The Even Bigger Problem?
I was short-tempered—bitter, because of his annoyance.
Frustrated with myself and, without realizing it, I was taking it out on others.
Ultimately, I was frustrated with my own inaction.
This was 100% my fault.
And I needed to own it.
The Minute I Began Taking Practical Action?
That frustration dissipated.
I became more clear headed and happy.
I wasted 10 years of not taking action when it came to fitness—a huge part of my life back in 2012.
